Ans. Mission is the purpose or reason for the organizations existence.

For example:-

It means when a company provides products or service to its customers. It is the mission of a company.

Q.2 Explain objectives?


Ans. Objectives refers to the end results. It means what is to be achieved and when it is to be achieved. It states in quantifiable terms.

For example:-

Company has a target to achieve Rs 5 lakh Per month. It is called objective.

Ans. Goal and objective are used interchangably but goal is not defined in a quantifiable terms. It is also concerned with what is to be achieved without time mentioning.

For example:-

Every businessmen wants to increase profit is called goal.

Ans. Strategy refers to the plans of a company how it achieves its goals and objectives.

Ans. There are three types of strategies :
